I guess so. Why not? Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would start blogging but here I am.....
This blog will mostly be about different allergy-free recipes that I've tried or have tried that have been successful. My youngest child, Zoe, is almost 2.5 and is allergic to peanuts, treenuts, seeds, eggs, soy, all legumes, shellfish, mustard and wheat. I'm sure you can imagine how difficult it is to make safe foods that don't have these ingredients that my whole family can enjoy. Thankfully, I'm a stay-at-home mom and can spend my free moments scouring the internet for recipes and doing test trials in my kitchen. I've become a lover of other allergy free food blogs and am thankful to have learned lots from other bloggers. I will be the first to admit I am not a professional cook in the least. I didn't even know how to cook a year ago. It was out of pure frustration and dedication to help my family that I decided to learn. A mom will do anything for her kids, right?
